We respect intellectual property rights and review documented concerns about material published on wiselycast.com. This policy provides a notice process for the website; it is not a statement that WiselyCast owns or licenses any third-party catalogue.
Our position on copyright
WiselyCast currently publishes IPTV buying information, provider-reference pricing and editorial illustrations. A logo, movie poster or sports image may identify a third-party work; it does not indicate a relationship, endorsement, broadcast licence or availability in a subscription.
Copyright and broadcast licences are separate from the IPTV delivery technology. Contact the relevant service provider to verify content rights in your country. We will review credible complaints about material displayed on this site.
Submitting a copyright notice
If you are the rights holder or their authorized representative, prepare a written notice identifying: (1) the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the exact URL(s) on wiselycast.com; (3) your name and reliable contact details; (4) a description sufficiently clear for us to locate the material; (5) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (7) your physical or electronic signature.
Please do not transmit passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal documents with your notice. We may request reasonable clarification if a report lacks identifying details.
Where to send a notice
Use the WiselyCast contact page to request the current written-submission address for copyright or legal notices. The operator is preparing a dedicated mailbox at legal@wiselycast.com; do not rely on that address until its availability has been confirmed by the site operator.
WiselyCast does not claim that a statutory DMCA designated agent has been registered. Where US DMCA safe-harbor procedures apply, the site operator must separately appoint and register the agent and publish its verified contact information.
Review and removal process
Upon receipt of a sufficiently detailed report, we may temporarily restrict the material, investigate the source, request evidence, and remove or modify material as appropriate. We may also notify the uploader or applicable service provider, where relevant.
We consider lawful exceptions, fair use or fair dealing as applicable; a complaint alone does not establish infringement. Repeated proven misuse may lead to restrictions when user-submitted content functionality exists.
Counter-notifications and mistaken removal
If your own material was restricted and you believe that happened due to error or misidentification, request a written counter-notice channel via our contact page. Explain the original URL, the removal, your contact information, and why the material may lawfully remain.
For a formal US DMCA counter-notification, additional statutory statements, consent to jurisdiction and signature may be required. We will follow applicable legal timeframes before any reinstatement rather than promising an automatic outcome.
Other legal rights
This page is a reporting process, not a waiver of any legal right or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Other copyright and audiovisual rules may apply in the EU, UK, Canada and other jurisdictions.
To report an image or programme reference, include the exact webpage URL and image description so that it can be reviewed without delay.
