WiselyCast currently displays reference prices and guides visitors to a provider enquiry. This release does not run an on-site payment checkout or collect a subscription charge. The contracting seller must confirm a final quote and refund conditions before payment.

Who handles your payment?

There is no payment capture form on wiselycast.com in this version. Choosing a plan prepares an enquiry through an external messaging service. Any later payment, activation, invoice or subscription contract is handled by the actual provider or merchant identified to you.

The separate EUR, USD and historical CAD tables are not invoices or guarantees. The seller must tell you the exact total, tax, currency, included connections, period, delivery process and refund terms before completing a purchase.

Before you agree to a subscription

Check compatibility on your actual device; verify rights for required channels and events in your location; confirm whether a trial exists; and ask whether the subscription renews, how to cancel, and who is the merchant of record.

A sample monthly equivalent shown on the site is not an installment plan. A displayed annual amount can refer to payment for the entire year upfront.

Requesting a refund or reporting a duplicate payment

Contact the merchant shown on your invoice or receipt first. Provide the transaction reference, charge date, product, and a brief explanation. Never publish a card number or account password in a support message.

If you believe a charge was duplicated, a promised activation was not delivered or a service was misrepresented, preserve your transaction evidence and contact the provider promptly. You may also have independent rights through your bank or payment service.

Cancellation and recurring billing

Ask the contracting provider whether a plan renews automatically and what notice is required to cancel. Cancellation of a future renewal is separate from a refund of an already paid term.

WiselyCast cannot cancel an account or promise a refund for a transaction processed by an unrelated provider. We can help direct general website enquiries to the appropriate contact channel.

Statutory consumer protections

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be limited. EU/EEA, UK, Canadian and other consumers may have mandatory rights concerning defective service, non-delivery, misleading statements or digital content, depending on jurisdiction and purchase conditions.

For a direct WiselyCast checkout introduced in the future, a separate seller-specific refund schedule must be clearly displayed before the order is placed. This page will be updated before any such checkout launches.
