These terms govern use of wiselycast.com, an informational website about IPTV setup and subscription comparisons. This website is not an on-site streaming player, account portal or confirmed checkout in its present form.
Scope and acceptance
By browsing this public website, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the intellectual property and privacy of others. Mandatory local consumer rights still apply and cannot be removed by these terms.
Information may be revised as software, pricing or local broadcasting rights change. If any provision conflicts with mandatory law, that law prevails to the relevant extent.
Editorial information, not a guarantee
We publish information about IPTV technology, compatible players, devices, networks and price examples. We try to keep this information clear, but cannot guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability or that a particular stream, event, platform or app is included with any subscription.
The EUR prices follow the Agroiptv reference, the USD values follow the Zorba reference for supported screen counts, and the CAD examples use an earlier dataset. All offers remain subject to the current order terms. Verify the live seller, permitted channels, price, applicable fees and refund conditions before paying.
Subscriptions, providers and third parties
Some website controls link to a messaging app to ask about plans. Visiting that service is voluntary; its separate terms and privacy policy govern your use. The contracting merchant of any subscription must identify itself and present the final conditions of sale.
Player software, M3U/Xtream connection formats, programme metadata and copyright licences are separate topics. Accessing copyrighted content without the required rights can be unlawful.
Permitted use
You may read our guides and use the comparison tools for personal information. Do not interfere with the website, impersonate its operator, claim partnerships on our behalf, submit fraudulent legal notices, or use automated traffic to impair operation.
You may not redistribute website design assets or content commercially without the necessary permission from their owners.
Media and trademark notices
Third-party movie posters, sports promotional images and platform logos appear only to discuss the wider viewing landscape. The underlying films, sports properties, marks and artworks belong to their respective owners.
WiselyCast does not claim endorsement by Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Prime Video, Max, SKY, any sports league, studio or broadcaster. Images are not a verified programme guide and do not guarantee that the pictured material is supplied in any offer.
Intellectual property and takedowns
Original WiselyCast text, layout and site code are subject to applicable rights. Third-party source materials remain owned by their holders. If you identify material that you believe infringes your rights, consult our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
We may remove or amend content following review of credible rights concerns, or where otherwise legally required.
Liability and availability
We provide the site on an as-available basis. Internet and device compatibility depend on services outside our control. We do not promise a particular SEO ranking, streaming catalogue, uptime, or financial outcome.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We do not limit rights afforded by applicable privacy or intellectual property law.
Governing rules and operator details
Applicable mandatory laws, including consumer and data protection rules in your jurisdiction, remain in effect. A governing-law and legal-entity clause for the actual WiselyCast operating business should be confirmed with legal counsel before paid services are introduced.
For general questions, use the WiselyCast contact page. Our separate Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and DMCA Policy provide additional information on their respective subjects.
